MetaGlucent stands behind every order with a straightforward 60-day money-back guarantee. Here's how it works.
1. The 60-Day Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with MetaGlucent for any reason, contact our support team within 60 days of your original purchase date to request a refund. This gives you two full months to give the formula a fair evaluation.
2. How to Request a Refund
Contact us using one of the following:

Our team will confirm your order details and provide the return shipping address. Please do not send bottles back until you receive an authorized return address — we cannot process returns received without prior authorization.
3. Return Requirements
- Return must be initiated within 60 days of the original purchase date
- All bottles — used and unused — must be returned to the authorized return address
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned items
4. What Is Refunded
The full product cost is refunded upon receipt of returned bottles. Original shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
The following situations are not eligible for refund:
- Requests made more than 60 days after the original purchase date
- Returns sent without prior authorization
- Bottles not returned to the authorized address
7. No Subscription, No Auto-Billing
MetaGlucent is a one-time purchase. We do not use auto-refill, hidden subscriptions or recurring charges. You order what you want, when you want it.
